Lou Dover and Tim Howell travelled to Wales and undertook a Trail Wales event, the 4th Salomon Half Marathon alongside over 550 other runners.
The race commenced and finished in Coed y Brenin Forest Park in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. A scenic but tough Half Marathon, the park is a region of haunting beauty and grandeur, of wild rocky mountains, hidden valleys, cascading rivers, still glacial lakes and deep forests.
