The home of Hampshire cricket was the setting for this fast and flat 10k on Sunday. Organised by Hedge End Running club this race is the perfect opportunity to run a PB.
Starting in the stadium the course takes the runners out into the surrounding area before returning into the stadium via the players tunnel to complete a lap of the “bowl” before finishing in front of the iconic pavilion.
Kenny Harrison took the trip across the water to take on the challenge in the wet and windy conditions.
He certainly rose to the occasion as Kenny ran himself a tidy PB in 58.13 taking a nifty 3 minutes off his previous best.
