Steve Rumsey headed to the famous Ageas Bowl cricket pavilion for the second year of Perform’s 5 mile road race. Starting and finishing from the Cricket grounds, the course continues out of Southampton then loops back, mostly flat making it a good course for a PB which is exactly what Steve managed to do by a massive 2:32!
