Danny Blunden travelled to the mainland to compete in his first race as an IOWRR, this event was the 21st edition of Bognor Prom 10k Road Race. Sunshine and a light breeze was perfect for the runners that followed a flat scenic route on closed roads and promenade.
A PB of 47:44 and 261st, excellent running!
