The\u00a0lovely course winds through the New Forest around Exbury and along the Solent shore at Lepe.<\/p>\n<p>The course takes in some beautiful scenery with a couple of undulations thrown in to make it a challenging half.<\/p>\n<p>Judy Mccabe &#8211; 114th &#8211; 3rd F35 &#8211; 1:36:01<\/p>\n<p>Paul Martin &#8211; 144th &#8211; 1:39:42<\/p>\n<p>Kev Rann &#8211; 154th &#8211; 1:41:36<\/p>\n<p>The event was chip timed and a total of 352 completed the course, excellent times from our IOWRR&#8217;s with today\u00a0being a lovely bright sunny day making it perfect racing conditions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Three IOWRR&#8217;s travelled to participate in the Solent Half Marathon.
