{"id":704,"date":"2015-05-18T17:46:39","date_gmt":"2015-05-18T17:46:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/isleofwightroadrunners.net\/?p=704"},"modified":"2015-05-18T17:47:29","modified_gmt":"2015-05-18T17:47:29","slug":"mallorca-ironman-70-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/isleofwightroadrunners.net\/?p=704","title":{"rendered":"Ironman 70.3 Mallorca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A few of us from the Island travelled to Mallorca for the fifth Ironman 70.3, the largest 70.3 in the world.<\/p>\n<p>The task ahead of the athletes was a 1.9km sea swim in the bay of Alcudia, 56 mile single bike loop ascending the highest mountain in Mallorca and finally rounding off the race with a half marathon of three laps through Alcudia streets and port.
