I knew I had the experience as George had only ever run 8 miles before, but he\u2019s obviously younger and fitter than me. We kept it steady for the first 6 miles or so\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the headwind the pair felt good and decided to pick up the pace a bit as they headed out to the most Westerly point looping the barren lands before heading back East with the wind on their backs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe last 3 miles were great fun!
