A flat and fast course it attracts over 1500 runners with many elite runners from the south, some gunning for a sub 30. The course sees the runners almost doing a figure of 8 pattern round the edge of the town and in Goodwood before looping back. &#8216;It seemed like hard work, it was quite a intimidating race with lots of serious club runners and lots of the go faster shoes&#8217; said Charlotte. Our runners however clearly did not need the shoes though with Charlotte getting excellent 54.39.
