In association with the British Heart Foundation, there were 4 distances on offer. From family orientated 1k and 5k options to chip timed 10k and 1\/2 marathon options. All set with the backdrop of Bournemouth&#8217;s 7 mile stretch of golden sands. He did however managed to improve on his time somewhat as he improved upon last year\u2019s time by 42 seconds equalling his Pb.his way around to finish an amazing 4th overall in a super speedy 36.05.
