I&#8217;ve always wanted to run the tow path but didn&#8217;t run when I lived there&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/isleofwightroadrunners.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_6573.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3080\" src=\"http:\/\/isleofwightroadrunners.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_6573.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"456\" height=\"830\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Starting at the Hawker Centre in Kingston, the course literally takes the Thames Path from Canbury Gardens on the East Bank through Ham Lands. Hugging the river bank the runners continue past Eel Pie Island, Petersham, the Old Deer Park at Richmond before entering Kew Gardens and making the turn opposite Olivers Island.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/isleofwightroadrunners.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/36FCF34A-FD57-4E6F-B48C-E66976E94D84.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3085\" src=\"http:\/\/isleofwightroadrunners.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/36FCF34A-FD57-4E6F-B48C-E66976E94D84.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2048\" height=\"2048\" srcset=\"http:\/\/isleofwightroadrunners.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/36FCF34A-FD57-4E6F-B48C-E66976E94D84.jpg 2048w, http:\/\/isleofwightroadrunners.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/36FCF34A-FD57-4E6F-B48C-E66976E94D84-768x768.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was a bit cold and wet!&#8221; Sally tells me &#8221; It was funny though! Charlotte thought it was really muddy haha!
